The first step is an initial consultation where we get the opportunity to listen to you. What your aims are, where you’re coming from, and most importantly what motivates you.
Without being armed with this information any fitness plan is doomed to failure from the start!
Your personal trainer can come to your home, or meet you at your place of work.
The second step is to design a program that suits both your lifestyle and your pocket. Considerations such as how many times a week you can commit to training and how frequently you would like to see your personal trainer are important in designing an exercise program.
Diet is also an important consideration at all stages along the way. Your body is like a machine, and unless you provide it with the correct fuel it will never function to its full potential. We can look at eating plans designed to help you achieve your specific goals, whether they be weight management, weight loss or to increase muscle mass.
Who will my personal trainer be?
All of our personal trainers are accredited by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs, check out www.reps-uk.org for more details).
For peace of mind it is important to ensure your personal trainer is qualified and a member of an organisation such as REPs. Although we guarantee that all our trainers meet these criteria, if you are still unsure ask to see their certificates. All Lee Scott Smith personal trainers have certificates to prove membership of REPs, their qualifications and insurance.
